Our new website provides you with the opportunity and convenience of receiving, viewing, and paying your bill online. No more waiting for the mail. Just click on "Pay Your Bill" and you will be able to set up your own Customer Portal where you can view your bill, see your past history, and pay your bill. For the time being, you MUST call the office for the CID number. We have switched billing software programs, but the current bills were printed with the former billing software, so the CID number does not appear on your bill. However, follow the instruction on how to enter your account number. It must now end in -0 instead of .00.
While on the portal, make your life easier by signing up for our secure eBill. By enrolling in eBilling, you’ll conveniently receive an email each quarter when your bill is ready for viewing online. Say goodbye to paper bills and hello to convenience and less clutter! Not on the portal? Just click on "Sign Up for EBills" to take you to the portal where you can create your account.
Did You Know? -- If every American household used eBills and online bill pay, it could reduce solid waste in U.S. landfills by more than 800,000 tons a year and help curb the release of greenhouse gases by 2.1 million tons, according to Javelin Strategy and Research. This could also save an estimated 18.5 million trees a year!
