BILLING PROCEDURE

Bills are sent quarterly in March, June, September and December. A delinquent notice will be sent to customers who have not paid their bill by the due date. This notice will be sent 45 days after the original billing date, and will give three weeks notice before a shut off date.

The Richland Township Water Authority offers you the ability to pay your bill online.

A third party service fee of 2.65%  (with a minimum of $3.00) will apply to cardholders who wish to pay with a credit card or a VISA debit card. Nationwide Payment Solutions is an authorized Level I PCI-DSS third-party processor of these regulated convenience fees.
